WishList Member is a WordPress plugin that you can use to create a membership based site. WishList Expert Terry Green has the following tips to maximize your use of WishList.
- Create a dashboard page with quicklinks to the various areas of your site for each level of your membership, then use that page as the redirect page after login.
- Use the WP-Polls plugin to “engage” your members. This is a great way to poll members about the type of content they want to see, find out what section of your site they like or dislike the most … the possibilities are unlimited.
- Want to find out which members are logging in to your site and how often? Use the LastLogins plugin. This plugin keeps track of the last time a member logged in to the site.
